So,

I agree with Judd - great film.
However, it is one of those where you have to listen very carefully, or you could lose the plot.
Not as much action as the first, but more thought provoking.

I enjoyed the original so look forward to seeing the sequel when I can get hold of a copy.

Having always been a big fan of the original I too watched this for the first time this week Fender

I loved it. I'd definitely watch it again and it isn't often I say that at the end of a movie

What was fascinating about the original, is that it left the enduring question as to whether Deckard is a replicant or not.

This one cleverly leaves the question open to debate as well..

I thought it was basically a given that he was a replicant, otherwise why put in all the clues to that eventuality?

The origami unicorn, a reference to his implanted memories

Gaff saying "You've done a man's job" at the end

His eyes glowing red like all other replicants in the film

etc etc

Don't think it's that simple Realist. The debate has been going for years. Probably been done on purpose, as either film could have made it definitive either way.
