I'm sure I read somewhere once, that they sit on / in things to check that it's safe?? Well, at first anyway.
Ours is always trying to get inside boxes and carrier bags...

While I was waiting for transport home from Sainsburys last week a woman sat beside me & opened the top of her shopping trolley to show me her dog," Hes asleep " she said "Can he breathe " I sasked ,"Oh yes air gets in " she said I was still worried ,but she only stayed a few minutes ,then moved on,Id never seen her before or again,can only hope all was well
