Thanks, but it's not so bad - only at night does it really bother me and I do have the tablets if I need them.

I try to do without pain killers as much as possible, until i have no choice as overuse can lead to lessened effectiveness and possible addiction.

I take Codrydamol 4/6 a day ,in the evening & night,Hospital & Drs want me to take paracetamol or COcodamol but I stick out for Codrydamol & they prescribe them sparingly
