sorry Rachel, I don't have one but was reading the reviews. My new Henry has a ten foot hose which just about reaches the top of my stairs (with a little stretching).

The beauty of Henrys is that they're a damn sight quieter (and more powerful) than most uprights. Quietest uprights I've come across are Sebo and Karcher despite the claims of a certain Mr. Dyson.

Noise has never been a problem with any vacuum cleaner we had ... ie you get used to it.


The width of the uprights was always critica, mainly because of the configuration of our bathroom
