Why would you lose the land ?
If you had read my post I said that these birds are raised with more than half being imported form Europe as chicks .
Predators such as foxes and raptors are killed in order to preserve them for shooting by humans .
I am against killing for no good reason .
I like see a beautiful bird or animal alive not kill it for sport.

I do chuckle at your fluffy let's ban everything mentality, I think your ire should be directed elsewhere...thanks to Mups link I have extracted this for you
