When do you feel most awake?

I have this pet theory that the time you are most awake and lively is around the time you were born. i was born at almost midnight and that is when I feel most alive, during the day I manage some how.

What do members here think ?

I was born at 2.30pm according to my birth certificate yet that's the time I mostly fall asleep

Just blown your theory out of the water!!! - I too was born during the evening, but I'm far more alert and awake in the mornings!!!

My best time is around 6 - 7 pm. I'm not sure what time I was born but I think it was around 2:30 am.

I was born a nuisance!
Just as the night shift was going off duty and the day shift was coming on!
About an hour or so after I wake, that's when I think I feel almost Human, mid morning.

I've done a complete turn around.
I always used to feel lively at night but as I've got older and only sleep 5-6 hours a night I find myself flagging towards midnight.

Nowadays mid morning is my liveliest time.

Around ten in the morning, although I could sleep all day if I could.

Wide awake about 10 minutes after the alarm. Ready for bed about 2 hours after that!

Born in the middle of the night

I was born at 10.50pm, I have been in bed about 2 hrs by then, and hopefully asleep. I get up at 6.25am every day.

I feel most awake/alive/energetic between 7 & 10 in the Morning and that's when I do any physical jobs like housework/shopping/gardening etc'..I was born at exactly 10am..a Wednesday Child who's full of woe
