If you have a bump and your phone has internet connection you can check the insurance status of the other vehicle before they leave the scene of the accident..it only takes a minute.

This could save you a lot of stress if the vehicle is uninsured.
Just phone the police.

Isn't there a similar site that tells you if a car has an MOT?
I'm sure it was Morticia who put it in a thread once? It was very informative and even told you what the car had failed on!
