your favorite frank sinatra film

ol blue eyes wasn't too shabby as an actor,he earned an Oscar as[Maggio]in from here to eternity, but the one film he made that I love is the seldom mentioned[the devil at four o'clock-1961]with spencer tracy and a very young Barbara luna, nice little action flick shot in Hawaii, watch it if you get the chance...what yours?

Re: your favorite frank sinatra film

Francis Albert Sinatra wasn't my greatest film idol BUT as a singer I thought he was just great.

My all-time favourite song on film is "What a Swell Party this is" with Bing Crosby in "High Society".

Everyone goes for "My Way" with Frank but this song with Bing was what, to me, he was all about - a first rate Jazz Singer. stevmk2

Never really liked him much either as a singer or an actor, but I do love Guys and Dolls (mainly for Marlon Brando, Stubby Kaye and Jean Simmons). I have to admit Sinatra was OK as Nathan Detroit.
