Re: Blue jeans that are torn
I remember going to Dickie Dirts on the Fulham Road to get my jeans as a teen
The were piled high in brands and sizes, and just like today, no two sizes were the same
All unwashed, and after trying on about 20 pairs to get the perfect fit, legs and hands were blue with dye
Then it was straight home into a hot bath of salt water to shrink and fix them, think the dye was on you for at least two days
I love my jeans, I live in them. I love that the fashion is for ripped jeans cos it means I get to wear my worn out ones longer
