Abseilling

Would like to learn abseilling. Any suggestions where suitable in Hampshire/Dorset? Ideally Isle of Wight.

Thanks for you help. Will do as you suggest. Do you think they would consider teaching a 67 year old?

As long as you are reasonably fit and agile, I don't see why not. I've watched them coax terrified 13 year olds into stepping off the edge! I would imagine that an eager 67 year old would be a delight.

Given what this woman achieved - you are a spring chicken!
