Re: Over 50's Wales club (Part 1)

Nice and sunny here after a rainy start .Sea is really calm and soothing. S.

omeone put lots of James Patterson books in our foyer so I've got lots to read
My s-I-l and granddaughter paid me a surprise visit yesterday and brought me a bag of toms from their garden. I've got a nice lot on balcony but they are slow to ripen. Daughter has lots so is busy making chutney
My friend told me yesterday that she had seen me on ITV local news last week when my neighbours were being interviewed about the stones on the beach .I didn't say anything because I really think most of it is down to nature and actually the stones are nearly covered again now

Re: Over 50's Wales club (Part 1)

Very fine drizzle all day. Grey. Too damp to garden and I have several things I wanted to get planted, although still very restricted with my right hand.

Pleased the sand is returning Jac. I hope winter storms do not take it away again.

We have an unkown ICU nurse tonight, so that will be interesting. It usually means I am up until the early hours if they have not been before.

I really cannot beleive it's Sept. already. I shan't say W**** R***** as that's SweetSue's job

Well Sue, I should really check my spelling before I post, this Kindle changes words as you type them.it should have been anti biotics, they were very strong and had lots of side effects.
Managed to do a few jobs around the house, and if my eye's are more focused I will try driving, can't wait to get out

Oh!! what a beautiful morning Already got the washing on the line.

Pleased to hear you are getting there Jeannie, hope your eyesight is improved today, I thought that was the cause of the spelling errors, good to hear it's the kindle's fault

Thinking of making a trip to the Botanical garden today--unless I get a better offer.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (Part 1)

All behind like a cow's tail this morning. Couldn't sleep last night and dropped off at about 5 a.m.

Sun? What sun? Dull and grey but at least not the rain we had all day yesterday.

Washing in the tumble dryer, dog whinging because there isn't going to be a walk. Oldie has a bit of doggy dementia! As she is over 100 in human terms it's to be forgiven.

Just waiting for my coffee to kick in.
