Once you're in the Euro you can't just leave. It will wreck your economy. Surely that's why Greece is still in?

Half of Europe was wrecked 70 years ago. Nevertheless, they did regain their independence, didn't they?

Which benefits Germany and to a lesser extant France.

Italy has had no growth for the last two decades as also Greece and Ireland because of they are in the EURO. which is dictated by the whims of Germany for their good.

They cannot pull out because they are up Sh+t street and do not have the will or the money to pull out.
