I´m fine thank you, well most of the time anyway, I have my moments now and then. I consider myself lucky to be where I am and live as I do, I´ve overcome some pretty horrendous times in my life but hopefully the experiences have made me a more tolerant person and shown me that nothing is clear cut or black and white, I don´t suffer fools gladly but can ignore them, my tolerance level is high, maybe that is one reason that, so far at least, apart from smashing up my shoulder and arm and living in Africa where the hospital was my local holiday hotel, I have enjoyed good health. A few years living in a third world country is an excellent experience to get your priorities in life sorted, you really do learn to appreciate your own life. So thank you for asking, I am happy enough most of the time and hoping my good health continues, I wish good health and happiness for everyone else too.

I'm grand thank you very much Mark, and yerself? give me the moonlight, the old girl, the grandkids, the dog, the horses, the smokes and the beer and I'm away in a hack.
Really though I'm a very happy man, can't complain. A little sad on here at the moment with the loss of a very old friend, otherwise I'm right as rain, and it is raining right now.
