She's completely changed, almost unrecognisable - has she lost a lot of weight .....

Not having any anymore (I miss the girls as I called them) I think if you have them do what the blooming heck you want with them and ignore the comments.

I'm thinking of having reconstruction if I do and they are good I am not going to be held back by anyone, the world better be ready for that
