That's what I mad last night, no bacon though, beets instead..

if you were a meat eater, liver should only be eaten once a month

As a vegetarian look at soya beans, lentils and all dark leafy green veg ( spinach however is low in iron compared to other veg )

The other thing is to boost your vitamin C. This helps your body to absorb iron
