A very senior moment in Tesco

This morning I went into Tesco just to get a paper and a couple of things. Went to the checkout, scanned my clubcard, then tried to put my fiver note into the card reader! The checkout lady, who fortunately knows me said, "I've never seen that done before" Oh the shame of it all! One is now shopping at Sainsburys!!

Hah. I'd had loved to have seen that John.

Don't worry, we all do it.
Only yesterday I put a tea bag in my mug, boiled the kettle, then fancied a coffee so put the coffee granules on top of the tea bag and poured the water on.

I guess at least mine senior moment was in private though.

Had to look up fiver note.
I do stuff like this more often than I’d like to admit.
Don’t be embarrassed. When you start walking out of the house with no trousers on......

I must admit to trying purchase things at the supermarket with my library card and check out books from the library with my Leagues Club Card. But it is only a temporary affliction.

John it happens to us all one way or another.

My biggest mistake at the till with using the wrong card so the number was incorrect thereby locking my account and having to go to the bank to get myself unlocked.
