Going back to Yarrawonga

Tomorrow I'm off with my mob of seniors to Yarrawonga for a week; paddle steaming on the Murray river at Echuca, visiting Benalla, wine tasting, cruising on Lake Mullawa, seeing Ned Kelly's last stand at Glen Rowan and much, much more. Does life get more exciting than this?

To be honest not my idea of a great holiday but the woman that used to organise these holidays was taken very sick last year so someone had to step in and organise the holiday to Moree last spring. As it happened I didn't mind it at all and everybody else loved it so I organised this holiday for Autumn. Once they get on that coach my responsibilities end (its like herding cats)

Organising a couple of pensioner's holidays a year is not too onerous a task, keeps me off the street at least.

For me... Malaysia, Thailand and Myanmar in August perhaps? Malaysian Air has a lot of bargain fares at the moment.

Apart from BOAC which airline has two crashes in close succession? Statistically Malaysian Airlines would be the safest to fly with now.
