My favorite cheese in the world is Swiss. But I didn't use Swiss this time, I used my reduced-fat cheddar slices. It was really delicious.

Today I'm having beef liver and onions and corn for lunch.

I know my biggest problem is I don't exercise. With my hip bursitis and the pain I'm in daily, just walking is a chore. That's probably why it's going so slow for me, I'm only losing about 2 pounds a month now.

i have a bad pain in my leg too-as muscle pain--making it difficult to walk---it is maddening.
but dont forget 2 pounds a month is better than nothing--in fsct its 24 pounds a year--over 1 and a half stone !!

That's very true. I suppose a 2 pound a month loss is better than a 2 pound a month gain.

It's just really hard right now. This menopause thing, coupled with being older and less active, isn't helping much. It's like trying to rollerskate uphill.

How are you getting on without your SW? I personally think you'd do just fine without it, but I understand that sort of thing can be a crutch, something to fall back on, especially if you're used to getting encouragement from others.
