I didn't know she was Ben Fogles mum either, didn't she feature in some of the Carry On films?

I used to wonder what happened to Rita Tushingham remember her? She won all sorts of awards then just seemed to disappear. She was a very unusual looking woman...probably dead now.

She is still alive and still acting in fact. She was apparently in 'Vera' this year.

I was wondering the same a few weeks ago - back in noughties there were a number of American series that I thought were quite good, one of which was ER (which is now being repeated). We all know that George Clooney (who was one of the 'stars' in it) has done since and so too was Julia Margulies, but some of the other 'stars' such as Noah Wylie, Eric La Salle, Alex Kingston, and a host of others seemed to disappeared without a trace after the series ended.

Noah Wylie...I've seen him in some stuff since then...erm....a sci fi series called Falling Skies about an alien invasion, was pretty good actually, and the current one is something called The Librarians, another sci fi thing.

Alex Kingston....isn't she a Brit? I get her mixed up with Tracey Ann Oberman

I remember Julia Foster playing the part of Moll Flanders in a TV series to shed her 'good girl' image. Caused a bit of a stir at the time.

He is a writer and broadcaster Bruce. He seems to be on everything here from animal advice to exploring!

His father was Vet Bruce Fogle who was also an author on veterinary books. I don't know if Bruce is still alive or not?
