Hi

Juncker is a legendary drinker, however he does suffer badly from sciatica.

If the Brexit negotiations where a drinking competition, Liam Fox would drink the lot of them under the table.

I don't like to judge because some illnesses do have the same symtomes as drunkenness.

Certainly, looks very unsteady. Everyone around him seem aware there is a problem and are ready to support him. Age related probably.

Those we exactly my thoughts Leia! If he is drunk he is a disgrace & embarrassment to the position he holds. If he is ill, he is probably unfit to do the job well!

They have just been discussing on the news that Junckers has sciatica, my brother in law has very bad sciatica which affects his walking giving him a stiff hesitant gait but nothing like the way Junckers walks...
