Err, a very nice idea Uncle Joe, but he drives for a living and don't think it would do much for our finances for him to be done for being over the limit!

But does he still have to get up in the night for a wee?
If so then why bother to change what kind of tea he drinks?!

Hi Ruthio, still getting up at least once during the night. Being resolute about drinking only decaff though. I have tried telling him that eating after 8 oclock in the evening with his cuppa surely cannot be helping. He refuses to believe eating a piece of fruitcake with that last cuppa has anything to do with his problem. (his reply is usually - "this is food, not drink!) DOH!

Strangely, when talking to others in the family about it, almost all of the men (and some of the women) have to get up during the night to go to the loo as well!

Oh well, We will continue with the decaff and hope for the best.
