Get Well soon. Seems to me that GPs these days just dont have a clue what is wrong with the patient they are seeing,just fob them off and say come back if things dont improve, hoping you wont

Remove pips from 1 lemon.

Put entire lemon skin, pith and everything in a blender. Add a decent chunk of fresh ginger, a little hot water and then blitz it all into a milky liquid.

Strain into a container and keep in the fridge (it will last many days).

Use it to make a warm drink, putting about 1cm of the milkly liquor in a mug, top up with hot water and add a teaspoon of good honey for sweetness and added anti-bacterial goodness.

Drink this morning and evening.

Your body will love you !

Myrtle very kindly emailed me to see if I was OK - I told her I had a GP appointment today and bet her a tenner that the answer would be 'a virus' !!

I feel better just reading that, Realist, will buy some fresh lemons and ginger tomorrow and give it a try !

No, Mups, not our Nom ! I do realise that, however bad this becomes, it could never be as bad as 'man flu'.
