Funny i let my toast go cold then its real butter, but cheese is versatile and a good snack
LOL, I'm the same Nom, cannot bear hot toast with melted butter. I have to always let it go cold first then spread lovely Kerrygold butter from corner to corner so that I can see teethmarks left in the butter once I have taken a bite.

I have eaten full cooked breakfast for many years and my heart is as sound as a bell - its other parts of me that are knackered and and that is not the result of eating full meals.
Usually a half of a sandwich with whatever cold cuts happen to be on hand. Or a rice cake spread with peanut butter or a piece of deli meat wrapped around a stick of string cheese. Anything quick and easy.
