Re: Medication
I take a large amount of medication and each Saturday morning I sit and sort them out into the dosette boxes, one for the mornings and one for the evenings.Re: Medication
My pharmacy which is based inside my doctors orders my repeat medicines for me. My Chest specialist has changed my dosage but the surgery hasn't despite the specialist writing twice to them. So I have had to buy meds online before now. Order online by 2pm, checked by in house doctor, arrives next morning by 9:30 am. Takes my surgery 4 days just to produce prescription.Re: Medication
This is a common fault Cee Cee,28 days are not enough for a month ,also as we our drugs are often changed they do not go in sequence.I am still finding it hard to get used to the idea of my meds being prepared for me as Ive always sorted them myself. It doesnt help much because not all my pills are included as they vary ,also they are put in a different order to what Ive always taken them. Im thinking of tipping them all out of their containers and putting them in my seven day pill box,in the order Im used toRe: Medication
I always used a seven day pill dispenser ,and .I ordered then sorted out my meds myself, but when I changed Pharmacies the new one orders a new prescription from my Dr and puts them in separate daily containers. I still have quite a lot of meds. left from my last prescription, but the Pharmacist said not to use them now, use the new pre packed ones , this seems such a wasteRe: Medication
I was taking Warfarin, but back in March, because of another medical problem, I was takin into hospital and Consultant took me off the Warfarin and gave me Tinzaparin injections instead. Three months on, and he weans me off Tinzaparin again and restarts Warfarin. II'm now still using the Warfarin tablets that I had sitting on the shelf before my hospitalisation.
