Has anyone used the pharmacy2u service

https://www.pharmacy2u.co.uk/prescri...on-service-nhs

It looks very good, not sure how it is funded .
I might sign up in the winter to save a 10mile round trip to collect my meds from my doctors surgery.

Re: Has anyone used the pharmacy2u service

Yes, Meg, I have been using it for about 5 years now and find them very efficient. They send me an email about a week before my prescription is due for renewal, I tick the boxes to say which I need, they send it to GP for signature and a couple of days later it arrives through the post. They even advise me when I am due for a review. It is such blessing not having to remember it myself or to have to out in bad weather.

I have my repeat from Pharmacy they phone me on my mobile to tell me when its made up , I collect it from them . They also do a yearly meds check ask a set amount of questions on any ill effects , Diet, any concerns and give advice ,
I think they also do a delivery but i collect not being too far away ..

I have in the last they were very good. Never made a mistake and always sent them in plenty of time.
