What a strange phobia that is. I just googled it and it's the fear of being watched by a duck as you say Mr Oy. But why a duck? Why not a black bird or a horse?

Well, I'm not afraid of a Duck - especially the breast when coated in Chinese five spice, seared in a pan, then, roasted in a moderate oven
