Thank you everyone. We have two small lime trees, these are off the smallest one, the one that is a little larger hasn´t done as well as usual this year. Possibly because there haven´t been so many bees around as usual, plus lack of rain.

They will all get used, some are promised to our Philipino neighbour, others will be sliced and frozen to be used instead of ice cubes. I also intend making a lime meringue and some lemon and lime marmalade. We also have a lemon tree which we cut right back a couple of years ago, but which is fruiting really well this year.

I could sell them some ! You would think Limes would be grown commercially here, but they are not, they are imported and are expensive. Usually around E2.99 to E3.99 a kilo, and they don't look half as nice as mine.
