Sounds a bit like working in Industry, in the 70s and 80s, without the large pay packet, and the glamour.

I'm afraid this is the same almost everywhere, and its only going to get worse after we leave the EU, as one business man has already stated that companies will be able to set their own hours of work, and staff can work longer
