True about no devil but seems a hopeless case in some countries. One day they celebrate the next they are crying again. I haven't read up on this but they said on the radio that the guy who launched the coup used to be his best friend so is no better. Someone who called in said they had known each other for 50 years and know too many secrets about each other to want to really fall out.
