Morning all.

Just spent ages dispensing four weeks' worth of meds into the plastic strips, and updated the calendar when I need to order more. A couple of weeks before Christmas, handily.

Now got a bag full of the packaging to cut up and shred.

Lots to do, so...laters...

What a lovely day it is here today, mind you forecast for tonight is to drop to -2 so will accept the sunshine while it is here.
