Jac we had thunder and lightening last night and heavy rain. Today was cold and a few heavy showers. Visited my friend and then did some food shopping.

Oh dear Jac, that sounds very rough weather. We have had a heavy shower here and high winds but nothing too drastic. It seems Aberystwyth came off badly and areas of Shropshire.

Very cold out this morning,the leaves are really falling in the wind.
Planned to travel back on Sunday but the weather's not looking good so I've decided to go back home tomorrow

Really warm sunshine at first but then heavy showers and overcast . My granddaughter is in Aberystwyth and put some pics on FB . Really bad
Not doing much today ,maybe watch a DVD

Snow on the hills here and really cold today. Hairdressers and some shopping for me today.

Snow on the hills here too and a dreadful journey back from shopping. Driving into blazing sunshine (too low for the sun vizor to be of any use) and even with shades on I struggled.

Sue its amazing how strong the sun is for this time if year .When its directly on my window i have to open it .
Cold and showers today though and I think i may have the fire on in a minute

That low sun can be dreadful for driving. A couple of times recently the roads have been wet, and it's dazzling.

Sunny morning and a nice walk over the fields. Now bunkered down in the warmth and I think it's time to turn to Christmas chores.

Lovely morning here but the rain has set in now. Lexi and I are watching the match (the family are all in the stadium).

Missy arrived on the patio with a mole this morning. She let it go and it tried to disappear into the French drains around the conservatory. Lexi was dying to get out there and help, but I wouldn't let her go! It seems to have vanished, but where it went in the end I don't know!
