Myrtle the last time I was in Monkton I was about 12 years old and we were in a caravan. I stay in Largs and love it especially when the sun is shining and you can see all the islands. We went to Mount Stuart on Saturday for something in the café and two of the asylum seekers were working there.

Good morning from me too . It's another hot and sunny day here.

Enjoy your day Jess ...

I'm relaxing today ... had a busy day yesterday ... was out to the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry with my daughter and granddaughter ... home by teatime then had a phone call from them saying they were taking their dog for a walk and would I like to go .... it was a lovely evening

Doing my packing and "preparations " for my weekend coach trip to Exmouth tomorrow ... weather forecast not good

Hi Myrtle I met up with some of my friends today. Quite a few years ago one of my nieces took me to the Museum in Manchester. You sound a bit like me I've been away quite a few times this year and enjoying being home for a little while..

Hi Scot we have rain up here today a typical Scottish weekend. Not a lot planned for today some housework and a trip to the shops.

Good morning

I had a great weekend in Exmouth .... ticked off everything on my "to do" list

The weather was mixed but overall more dry than wet with bursts of lovely sunshine so no complaints. The added bonus was that the Red Arrows were doing a display at Dawlish and I didn't expect to be able to see them from Exmouth .... but their display was right in front of Exmouth seafront ... fantastic .

Hi Myrtle welcome back. Glad you got to do everything you wanted in Exmouth. I went to the Eden Project a few years ago with my niece. Then in April I went with one of my friends to meet up with some saga zoners that I used to chat to.
