Good morning Sunday

Good morning everyone.

I reckon Barry is out walking the dogs, eh?

I popped down to the allotment yesterday evening and spent time on my new bed, but today, or very soon, I must get on to my neglected current bed! Strimming, mowing, weed clearing. And I shall harvest a kohl rabi for this evening's roast pork dinner.

And as I bought a bath lift on Friday I look forward to a nice soak in the bath, rather than a shower!

Sorry, can't rotate photo. This is my new bed, with transplanted crops already dying! Sob. Obviously not a success with most of them.

Good Morning all.

Up most of the night, which is not good.

A good day forecast, so carpets to be done and windows left open to dry them.

Some serious weed killing to be done on my garden , none of your namby pamby store bought stuff, it is zapping time, front drive, side path, then all the gravel paths, patios, graveled areas etc..

Sprayer for the big areas, luckily I live in an agricultural village, so the proper stuff is readily available.

I have been plagued with dandelions in my flower beds, so mix the weedkiller with wallpaper paste and then paint it on the leaves with a brush.

Bye bye weeds.

If the weather stays fine I hope to do some jobs in the garden. Later we'll go for a pub lunch and a walk round B & M Bargains.
I always go in there for one thing and come out with six!!

Our son is staying for a few days while Mr Mags goes into hospital next week for his knee replacement.
