I just picked some summer squash from the garden, the little flat ones with the scalloped edges. I'll make some frozen little meatballs (cocktail meatballs from Trader Joe's) and warm them up in a sauce and put it on rice.
For lunch, I'll roll goat cheese in ham slices and have an apple (I think).

We had soup and French stick for lunch. Tonight it's Chicken in breadcrumbs with new potatoes, huge portabello mushrooms and beans.

We had home made Mushroom and Blacksticks Blue soup for lunch and home made Lasagne, with ciabatta bread for dinner.

Had a really lovely Chinese last night, 4 courses of eat as much as you like and was only £14.90 each.

Today is back to normal and will be having Fish Fingers.
