Off out tonight. Our friends are treating us for looking after their cat while they were away.

Might try a dry cracker and glass of water if I feel like it or might just give it a miss today.

Ahhh right, then a good ol'fashioned breakfast/brunch - 2 eggs, several rashers of bacon, couple of large (Cumberland) Sausages, hash browns, Mushrooms (no baked beans for obvious reasons), black pudding and a round or two of toast (doorsteps for preference). The eggs will help to 'bind' you both.

Ahhh yes Susie darlin' - cheese on (doorstep) toast, with scrambled egg on top and topped off with a couple rashers of (crispy) bacon - that should do for starters till the virus has gone.

Not for me, think grace is looking a bit better but she came down with it first, so will see if she can manage a boiled egg for her tea, but Steven and I are just avoiding food today.

Dirty rice for us today....minced pork, peppers, celery, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms with garlic and paprika sautéed in a heavy frying pan with cooked long grain rice added at the end.
