Making a roast today have managed to get everyone here for about 5pm so im aiming for a roast stuffed chicken, roast potatoes, yorkshire puddings brocolli and peas.m

Havent cooked for jordan since easter so it has to be good !

Was going to make a rabbit stew today, but don't think I can stand in the kitchen and prepare it and the veg. May do some faggots instead.

Chicken casserole today with carrot, swede, celery, cauli, red pepper, broccoli and tinned tomato .... served with sauteed potatoes.

Just a thought UJ I have a little wheel along trolley if I can't stand in the kitchen I sit in the living room doing veg on top of that. If it's just prep you can't manage something like that might help you too ?
