From this Kiwi-born member of an English mother, Scottish father, it be scon! It's the only way I heard it pronounced in NZ - so you can add the entire NZ population to the poll!
Here in Canada, I've heard it pronounced multiple ways, including scawn!

If you were meant to pronounced Scone Scown, then it would have a "w" in it! (or you have an Irish accent)

Why put an 'E' on the end of it if it should be pronounced Scon! Here are a few examples:- .....Hone....Phone....Prone.....Bone....Tone....Al one....Cone.....Stone.....and bloody SCONE.....My God! it's not rocket science....
