Max Clifford

It's just been reported that Max Clifford, who was serving an eight-year prison sentence for sexual offences has died from a heart attack.

He apparently collapsed in his cell last week and taken to hospital he collapsed again on Thursday with a suspected attack and was taken to hospital where he died on Friday.

Following his imprisonment, his career as a publicist was trashed, so he won't exactly be missed.

After riding the crest of a wave ... I bet he never believed he'd end up convicted of sex offences and suffering a heart attack in prison.

I remember the trial ... he did himself no favours for looking so smug and laughing as he came out of court.

I agree Mort. He didn't endear himself to the public much did he? In truth, I never had much time for the man as he would jump on the bandwagon to take on any causes no matter how repugnant.

He died today, not Friday.

I was no fan but I hope he can RIP now, whatever he did he didn't deserve a life sentence really.

He protested his innocence to the end. I just can't help thinking 'What if he was telling the truth'

I wouldn't want to judge him.
