Goodnight those who are allowed sleep.
Please spare a thought for those freezing souls who have to work tonight. Those stock controllers who are ensuring that you have enough snow shovels and de-icer for the harsh weather bestowed upon us.
I wonder who one of those poor needy stock controllers can be?����

Goodnight to the hardy night workers, especially as they work these cold and brisk nights...Goodnight to the kind people who take the extra effort to post a photo or GIF to send us off to bed...
Goodnight to tomtwodogs and OGF for whom I hope a good night's sleep will improve their idea of what a woman should be...
Goodnight to Ffosse for whom the nights must go on forever. I hope that cycle is soon broken. Perhaps going to bed a bit later?

Goodnight Jem, enjoy your pint....The freezing weather seems to have abated now in favour of wind and rain but with the wind howling round the house it makes for a cozy nights sleep. I've spent quite a few nights like this doing ultra distance runs out on the moors. Although I enjoyed them at the time, it's comforting to know that nights like this will be spent in a lovely warm bed from now on.....Being old is not without its advantages.....Goodnight everyone.
