Re: Has anyone had any issues with online grocery shopping?

It all arrived complete with good sell-by dates and not an item missing or substituted.

Rather more food in the house than I've had for a long time but I've got plenty of meat, vegetables and fruit. I know what I'm going to be cooking for a good few days to come. I spent £42.21 on food and household goods and £3.40 for delivery and bags. That £3.40 is worth it as there's no way I'd have even been able to visit Tesco let alone carry that much home.

I'm lucky my TSB payment was taken by Tesco - millions of TSB customers are having problems at the moment. I can't access the mobile app or my internet account.

It isn't the first time TSB has had those sort of problems, I would have withdrawn my account the first time it happened.

All their internet services are down and there is no way of accessing my account.

Some people have had their cards declined at supermarkets or online, and direct debits and salaries have been affected.

When you can access your account again it might be an idea to move to another bank.

Re: Has anyone had any issues with online grocery shopping?

There was a period, a few weeks back, when the mobile app wasn't working at all...a prelude to this current mess perhaps.

Although I was able today to phone and answer some automated requests for my card details and get a balance. That worked OK - just no mobile or desktop app.

So I know my payment to Tesco went through, and I know how much I have in my current and savings accounts.
