I suppose they couldn't use the testes as the sperm, if viable, would not be of his dna. They probably use silicone implants to make things look natural.

I think the alleged black humour on this thread is a man thing. We find it funny when we see a bloke double up when he gets kicked in the knackers for example because like it or not, it is funny.
