As reported yesterday, I made a (curried) beef stew with suet dumplings in my cauldron and there is enough of it left for me to more today too.

I am thinking of a Spaghetti Carbonara for tonight, not a lot of cooking and quite light. Far too hot to be in the kitchen for too long.

Burnt pizza for lunch!

Took my eye off the ball for a minute or so. Had decided to finish it off under the grill and was answering the post about home grown tomatoes.

So hot in my kitchen yesterday afternoon and evening, after I ate some more of the beef stew yesterday lunch-time, the remains of it 'went off' overnight, so I had to throw it away

Made myself a sausage casserole for today instead.
