I wouldn't label them all as that.

My parents-in-law always irritated me beyond belief because they would insist that they were there for anyone and would go out of their way to help.

The reality was that they never helped anyone at all but it sounded good at the time.

This not sour grapes, it is fact.

Lovely, relaxing, interesting people to be with ... but liars

Sorry to say this but they were Church goers and FIL (a Mason) read the Bible every day

Yes, unfortunately, these are the people I find the worst to deal with. Maybe not "asskissers", but "do-gooders" who think the only way is their way and everyone else is wrong. One of my cousins, as an example. The typical religious person who swears God's law is the only law, yet she lies about stuff and passes judgement on people daily if they don't meet up to her 'standards'. She even went as far as telling me I was going to "burn in hell" because I didn't believe in God. I told her to NEVER say that to me again because she can't prove to me that God exists anymore than I can prove he doesn't.

I respect people's beliefs. But not when they tell me it's either their way or the highway and I'm full of poo for what I believe in. I can't stand hypocrisy.

Same as most here I dislike bad manners of any kind and poor hygiene.

I hate snobbery, people who think they are better than others when often it's just a matter of parentage and that's the luck of the draw for all of us.

I don't do nasty or rudeness and I'm not afraid to call it out if I see it but have to admit I'm fairly easygoing, I'm pretty tolerant of most things.

The I see of people the better I love animals.
However I don't always like animal people !
They can but not always bring out the worst in people .
For that reason I would never go to Crufts .
Horse people in the Uk are difficult overseas they are much more easy going !

Yes, and this is something non-animal people will never be able to comprehend.

You are all a bunch of people haters. No wonder the birth rate has fallen. Too picky by half.
