'The Zoo'

Did anyone watch this, next episode tonight ......
The first one was very good - had a charm about it and a little different to the norm

Re: 'The Zoo'

We watched it Patsy and really enjoyed it, we thought it quirky and also thought it captured the atmosphere of the early fifties spot on.

Very true - I liked the 'atmosphere' they created - be interesting to see how it develops - especially with the animals
There's gonna be penguins - smashing

Re: 'The Zoo'

I watched the second episode yesterday afternoon on catch up. I love Lee Ingleby anyway (George Gentley) and think they all play their parts well.

Do you think Anne Reid's character will mellow and help out more? And where does the posh lady fit in? Wonder if she helps at all.

What a nasty reverend!

George is so good Jazzi I agree
I think Annes character will mellow, especially when the 'others' gang up on them ........

It sure is.
When I first came across it, I was so excited my husband thought I'd won the lottery!
