Valentines for your pet ?

I buy my dog food on line three different sites and each one has this week sent me reminders not to forget valentines gifts for my girls. Now I know any thing for profit so I forgive them trying to make a pound of two but it occured to me does anyone actually do this ?

I do birthday for each of them, and Christmas but it's never occurred to me to do valentines. They are my furry children not my partner

Re: Valentines for your pet ?

I have just placed an order for the usual month's supply of cat food, Julie, and in the confirmation email they have said they will enclose a free 'Valentine Treat' for each of the cats!! No - it would not have occurred to me and I am not going to let 'Techno' cat read this - or he will be ordering more!!

I'm afraid I wouldn't dream of giving my dogs a Valentine's card.
The manufacturers must be laughing all the way to the bank at that.

It would be most odd anyway, as mine are all girls.

Never bought my cats a Valentines card. We have bought a few Christmas packs in the past but they just ignore the contents and play with the wrapping paper. Kids eh?

No way, I don't even bother with her birthday or Christmas, she's a dog, she doesn't know what day it is.

As long as she gets walked and fed she's happy and so am I!

I don't do it for them really it's fun for us because you are right they wouldn't realise it was that day at all.
