Actors who appear to have disappeared

In other words: Where are they now?
Big stars one moment, then a few years later they are gone.
Apart from those who are dead, can you think of anyone who has seemingly vanished from the movie scene?

Kevin Costner
Jodie Foster
Gene Hackman

Jodie Foster directs and produces movies now doesn't she?

Talking of Fosters... There was an actress in Alfie who seemed very good but I never saw her again I think her name was Julia Foster she appeared in a few things in the 60s and then just disappeared.

I often wonder the same thing. So I sometimes spontaneously Google them just to see where they are and what they’re doing.

I could Google loads of these actors, but then I wouldn't have the need for a thread. It's good to talk

Julia became Ben Fogle's mother in 1973 .....

I remember her too and I was then intrigued so I googled her.

Still alive and kicking, aged 74 and she is Ben Fogles mother!

I didn’t know Julia Foster was Ben Fodle’s mum I can see the likeness now in those two photos....

I am always saying ' You don't see him/her any more' but now I can't think of one. I'll get back to you Floydy.
