I'm sorry ladies, I have known about our Judster and Slimming World for a while, and I should have told you sooner, but I didn't have the heart to disillusion you.
Truth is, I want to lose a bit too, and I joined S.W. last year too, but Judd has kept it up and is a mere shadow of the man he was, whereas I got fed up and ditched it.
I'd have been all slim and delectable by now if I had persevered. Boo Hoo.
Time he's done, he'll be able to slide through our locked windows at LTP even.
