While you're getting stupid answers, I'd suggest that it's the ball valve in the cistern. I've come upon this several times.

To confirm, lift the cistern cover, flush the loo and when the noise starts, hold the valve lever up. If the noise stops, it's a faulty valve - possibly just a worn washer -otherwise a new valve is not expensive.

Sounds like water hammer ( advice given as qualified plumber in the previous millennium) often the cause is a worn jumper or washer in a tap or ballvalve . I would start by re-washering the ballvalve in the toilet cistern concerned.
