Hi

Absolutely fantastic OGF, all kudos to you.

I have not been able to run since 1989, a work injury.

Having been told I would never walk again, I am just so pleased that I can and do.

I can even cope with 3 hours shopping with a lady.

Thanks Rhian, yes it was taken on the seafront in Llandudno, one of my favourite places. Some fantastic walking around there. When I saw your picture I guessed you looked after yourself......So fit.....
