Thank God For Piers Morgan - The Voice of Reason!

In an age of PC madness.

I never thought I say it. Yes, I know, he's a boastful ball-bag
but he does so often cut through the bullshine that pours out of the radio and TV these days.

With the u40s, especially, not reading newspapers anymore they are picking up this skewed take on things without hearing forceful opposing arguments on these issues.

For example the two women on either side of him on the desk, Susanna Reid and Charlotte Hawkins, buy in to all the bull.

Keep up the good work Morgan. Your country needs you.

I admitted similar a few weeks back, something I thought I'd never do.

Love him or hate him, he isn't scared to say his bit.

I bet his superiors at the studio have buried their faces a few times.lol

Still, he's boosted the ratings. I can't stand the other two, Ben Shepard and Kate Garraway.

What a disappointment when you turn on a Thursday and it's that pair.

I wouldn't exactly say thank God for Him,,but I know Kate Garraway does My head in..She takes over from John McCauley on Smooth Radio in the morning and Her sugary false happy voice grates on My nerves so I turn it off.

TV does need people like him, he isn't my favourite person but you can always rely on him to speak his mind and bugger the consequences.

I'm not convinced that Morgan always believes what he says but at least he says it and it's normally what most of us are thinking.

He's an odd man, occasionally I want to murder him, for a pacifist you have to go some way to make me feel like that, sometimes I feel sorry for him obviously a man unable to understand the world has changed, sometimes he just bores me as he struggles to find something else to offend people with.
I rarely watch him as I know he'll wind me up in some manner.

Ok,I rarely watch morning TV as I prefer the radio...so what has PM said recently which merits His 'voice of reason' to be on the Politics Thread?

So you don't think he believes in what he says but we do. How odd.

Nothing odd about that. It's called playing Devil's advocate.
